Explosions rock Jammu as India, Pakistan trade blame for attacks, drones and blackout

Air raid sirens and the sound of explosions have rung out in the city of Jammu, in Indian-administered Kashmir. That's as India and Pakistan accuse each other of launching attacks and killing civilians for a second day. Witnesses in Jammu described seeing possible drones being intercepted in the sky. There's also been an electricity blackout.
