I got one message for you today. I could just say this and end it right here, but we'll keep talking. I like talking, so we'll keep it going. 

But the message is this. You are enough. You are enough just the way you are. You don't need to do anything or change anything or prove anything to anyone, not even yourself, because you are enough. By being here on earth, having this human experience, you are enough.
