I want to chat about something that we haven't chatted about too much. If you've listened to multiple Daily Energized episodes, you might have caught us talking about. I think we've had one or two in all 300 plus episodes, but it's something that definitely needs to be checked in on the regular, and that is, what are you eating? What are you putting into your body? So as many of you know I like fitness. I enjoy working out. I enjoy being fit. And if I'm going to be perfectly honest, I think I shared this before that my whole personal growth journey started because I was losing weight.
