Watch out! Hold on! Just hold on and keep an eye out! Yes, keep an eye for those black cats running in front of you, making sure you don't go under ladders and all that, but we're not just watching out for those things or crazy drivers. 

That might be more of a realistic thing than going underneath a ladder. But, I digress. Watch out for energy vampires. That's right, people who are sucking your energy away. We know vampires suck blood, while energy vampires suck away energy.

 And that's what today's Daily Energize all about. It's about energy vampires, how we could spot them and a little bit of how we can get rid of them. We're going to do our best. We only have five to ten minutes, so we can't go all in.
