Toxic environment. That's right. A toxic environment. The places you are in, right? The work you have, the company, you keep their friends, the environment that you surround yourself with. Is it toxic? Is it hurting you? Is it not letting you be at your best? I know I had cultures like that. I had environments like that in my life. I surrounded myself with people who were not helping me, who were hurting me while we might have called ourselves friends that, well, they were taken from me, right
