Let's go spread joy to everyone we meet today. Every single person. No exceptions, no excuses. Let's just drop all of that and let's just spread joy, spread some love, spread some positive energy everywhere we go.

 So how can we do that? How can we spread joy and love everywhere we go? Because you know what? It can't be hard. We get sidetracked. We get focused on work. Situations happen. We get aggravated, we get frustrated, we get sad or whatever.

 But let's turn that around. Let's be intentional about spreading joy. So, again, how can we do that? Well, there's lots and lots and lots of ways we could spread joy, and we share love with the world.
