Today's episode is kind of piggyback on yesterday's episode because yesterday we talked about rest. That's right, just rest and the seven types of rest that we need. So, if you haven't listened to that episode yet, go back, check out episode 281, I believe it was 281, about rest. And I share about the seven types of rest we need as human beings, as spiritual beings, as just the person that we are, that we need that rest. And so today I want to talk about self-care because, well, It's extremely important and I know I've had other episodes about it. But I wanted to address it specifically in the idea of that rest.
