Today's topic is all about emotions. As we've talked about this past week, really, we talked about positivity. We're embracing the hard, and I want to just make sure that we touch on the emotions we all have, right? And I want you to respect all of your emotions, not just one or two of them, but all of them. Respect that those emotions are part of you, that you have them, and that you can choose to feel them.
