Well, today I want to talk about the opposite end of the day. That's right. Nighttime routines are just as important as your morning routines. Think about it. If your nighttime routine is crap, you are not going to get nearly as good enough sleep. You're going to be tired when you wake up and then your morning routine is going to suffer and the next day is going to suffer. So many of us put our energy and thoughts into a morning routine, which is important. Don't get me wrong. We just did an episode about it. Your morning routine is extremely important, but your nighttime routine is just as important.
