Today we will be talking about moving your body. That's right, move our bodies. Because guess what? Our bodies love to move. It thrives on moving. Now, don't get me wrong. There's nothing, nothing wrong with resting, with taking it easy and just chilling at times. That's cool, right?
Don't get me wrong. I love chilling, all right? I enjoy just sitting on the couch, watching a TV show at times or watching a movie, laying in a hammock in the backyard. Like, I love doing those things too. And our bodies need that time to recoup and heal and all those good things. But our body also thrives on moving. If we stay stationary too long, if we sit for too long in our life or we're not active, our body starts to deteriorate physically.
