Today, I really want to talk about routines and specifically your morning and night routine. Here's what I found. So many of us have routines, habits that we do in the morning and night, and many times we don't even think about it. So many of us have routines, but the majority of folks haven't paid attention to it. And it just is what it is. So today I invite you to take a look, a nonjudgmental look at your routines and see if they can serve you or if they don't serve you.
