Hey, Energizers! Today's episode we are taking a quick look at letting go. That's right. Letting go  because there's so many things in our life that weigh us down, that don't serve us, that don't help us, that we just honestly need to let go. But here's the thing. Sometimes letting go is hard. It can be tricky. It can be difficult to let go at times.
