When you hear the word impression, what's the first thing that comes to mind? I'll tell you, for me, when I heard the word impression, what struck me right away was our first impressions that we make with other people, right? We want to be leaving a good first impression. We have about three to 5 seconds, maybe that might be too long to leave a first impression.
