Today's quick tip is about a feeling that we all have. We all have this feeling. We all experience this feeling in our lives, myself included. And that is anger. That's right. Being angry, being frustrated, being upset, just pissed off, maybe, right? It happens. It's a feeling. It's something that every single human experiences. Now, before I was really the Prince of Positivity, I struggled with anger a lot.  I had an anger issue to no end. It was bad. Like I went from zero to 60 in seconds flat where someone could say one thing to me, just one thing, and it tipped me over the edge, right? It didn't have to be.
