In this episode we're going to talk about something that we all of us to deal with in some way or another to some degree or another we all deal with that or this and that is conflict we all deal with conflict at some time in our life we're going to be part of it. 

We're going to have conflict in our life. Sometimes it's conflict within ourselves and other times it's conflict with other people and for this episode in particular because we try to keep them short, we're going to focus on just conflict with other people and how can we deal with it?
