Let's start this episode a little differently than we usually do. By taking three deep breaths together, we can breathe in and out through our nose. If we can if you need to go through your mouth, that's okay, but really strongly prefer and invite you to breathe in and out through your nose if you can. So, let's breathe. By first exhaling what we have. All right, breathe in through your nose. Nice, long, slow, deep breath. And then exhale.
