We had a bad day. That happens. And I could see allowing yourself to have that bad day to say, hey, you know what? It's one day, it happens. Those bad days, as I mentioned relatively recently, allow us to appreciate the good, the easier days, the more positive days, right? So it allows us to yin and yang, right? The bad days allows us to appreciate the good days more. But do you allow yourself to have that bad day, or do you try to forget about it and throw it on your mind and just not allow it in?
