Could the National Guard be sent to Milwaukee?

President Trump is threatening to send the National Guard to other cities outside of D.C. including Chicago. Is it possible troops could be sent here to Milwaukee? Dr. Ken Harris joins the program to give his thoughts if that is something that could or should happen. This isn’t as much as the national guard being sent in, as is doing things to stop the violence in Milwaukee.
