7/14/25 5PM: "The Collins Agreement"

Dr. Ken begins hour two breaking down the "Collins Agreement" that rose from a lawsuit challenging the Milwaukee Police Department's unconstitutional stop-and-frisk practices with MPD officers believing this has forced a significant decline in proactive policing, resulting in fewer traffic stops and field interviews. Dr. Ken gives his thoughts on how it has changed policing in the area and created second guessing along with lazy policing from officers for fear of backlash. Dr. Ken then gets into his Top 5 @ 5 a bit later than normal to speak on the biggest stories of the weekend including the Brewers hot streak into the All Star Break, an update on details around the abduction of Jamal White, Devin Remiker, the newly elected chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, hoping Gov. Tony Evers seeks a third term, along with two people dead and three others sent to the hospital with injuries after a shooting outside ELMNT Lounge, near the intersection of N. Water Street and E. Michigan Street which included Milwaukee rapper and icon Antwan Hogans, better known as "OG Tweezy".

Later into the hour Dr. Ken addresses the talk and text line, along with the live chat to further unpack the Collins agreement & explain one bad officer does not make all law enforcement officers apart of the problem and the issues the city is facing as the summer moves on. Dr. Ken ends the show with a few Black History facts and wishes listeners well for the rest of the evening.
