Anger. An emotion dads know all too well. But despite being told we should remain emotionless as men, we often feel we can't control our behaviors because of our anger.

The key to controlling our anger is understanding it. It is recognizing what power we have to control our behavior, and put tools and a practice in place in order to wield that power effectively. 

In this episode we share stories of our own challenges with anger, what consequences and lessons resulted, and share resources and tools to help understand and address anger issues.
