Not the episode. I'm up front at the top and discussing depression and what it's like. I go off a little on Skip Bayless (the no talent non-athlete reporter who talks tough about being a man and a leader though he's never played pro ball).

I discuss various things I'm into including the fact that I was able to score a copy of that Bone Thugs and Harmony album from RSD.
