I bought some Nanak Desi Ghee on Amazon it is a 56 oz tub of ghee, and this ghee butter wasn’t looking so good when I first unboxed it. We cooked with it, ate it, and tested it out, and we are still alive after cooking some ghee recipes. Nanak Desi ghee is keto friendly and this ghee is healthy because it’s just clarified butter.
