Hey Dads,

I have been doing some home improvement projects around my house to make the house more energy efficient and we have one recessed light in our ceiling, and the energy auditor told me that recessed lighting is one of the worst kind of lights that you can get for your house because so much air flows up through the holes of the lighting fixture and into the attic or vice versa.

To combat this on my one recessed light, I found these recessed lighting covers on Amazon and I decided to get one. They are very easy to install. All you need to do is cover the light and put some foam around the bottom. In this video I show you how I install a recessed lighting cover so that you can save money on your electric bill.
