This 504 model Fluidmaster Flexible Flapper has a 5 year warranty as well. Not all of their products have the same warranty, so make sure that check that before buying.

In this video I will show you how to install a toilet flapper. I needed a new toilet flapper for my toilet so I figured that I would take you along and show you how to install a toilet flapper in our toilet tank.
