In this video I discuss the problem that I have with finding shoes that support my high arches in my feet because they are so high. I tried on about 10 pairs of shoes at the shoe store and I ended up with these, the Saucony Omni 19. I have never heard of this brand before, but these shoes with Currex Insoles seem to be the perfect match for my super high arch feet.

If you have issues with high arches, I can recommend these shoes and insoles. I would say to try the insoles first in the shoes that you already have and see if that helps, and if you are still getting planters fasciitis, then try the shoes with these insoles.
