Each of us has been born with a combination of talents and gifts. All of us, at different times, let fear and doubt take the lead causing us to bury our talents. Cydni starts off by glamorizing her weaknesses and calling them talents. Sher talks about the life of Annie Oakley and her amazing gift that started by squirrel hunting. Within each of us is a spark and it’s time to let that spark shine! Today’s episode is Discovering our Talents and We Are So Glad You Are Here.
This Weeks Challenge:
This week’s challenge is to point out a talent you see in someone else. Be generous! Let them know what you see in them. Give them permission to see it in themselves.

Find your talent by asking yourself the following three questions:
- What did you enjoy doing as a child?
- How do other people see you now?
- How do you want others to see you?
