Episode 51: "In These Triying Times" (w/ Triy)

It's easy to look clean when you haven't gotten your hands dirty from doing any work, right? The real challenge is to continuously take short after short and still come out of the carnage like you never stopped shining! That's why it was imperative that we start the year with a story of triumph from none other than the Mattapan native– R&B artist, Triy! Happy New Year!
With a deep-rooted musical background, Triy stepped into the Boston music scene with a lot of steam back in 2015 with co-signs from artists who a lot of people would consider some of MA's favorites. His melodic sound, raw lyrics, and good ear for collaboration instantly made him somebody to check for. His success on SoundCloud made him the talk of the town although he had very little visuals with his lead singles. His promo campaign "Triy Season" is something that could be remembered throughout many circles and is eventually what he named his latest effort released in December 2020. "Triy Season: The Unexpected Journey" is basically an autobiography of what makes this young man.
