Lauren White has a story and journey so far in her 27 years that you have hear to believe. With not giving too much away Lauren became an addict very early on in life and battled for many years before going into rehab. After rehab though that's where the hard work actually begins. 7 years sober Lauren is truly someone we admire for her hard and deep personal work, how she has evolved and now what she is doing empowering and coaching people through addiction and self sabotage.

Lauren talks about addiction and defines it in such a way that makes you reflect and become aware of what everyday addictions are now a habit for you.
