Our guest on this delicious episode is the brilliant Sophie Sanaz von Laer. At age of 21, she invented a robotic arm that works with eye-signals (EOG). She also created a nano carbon brain electrode that has the potential to cure Alzheimer’s disease. In addition to her 3 engineering degrees, she is currently working on an Organizational Leadership PhD. Sophie has 12 years of leadership experience working with Fortune 500 companies including; General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Freddie Mac, Lockheed Martin, etc. Through her lens of understanding humans from a psychological and neuro-leadership standpoint, Sophie has managed multi-billion-dollar contracts.
