It's the holidays which means we can all be feeling a little out of sorts. Maybe you're feeling uneasy, stressed, indecisive, and out of alignment?
Today, I want to share some easy ways to get grounded and get back in alignment.
First….we will talk about what alignment is, how it feels to be out of alignment & in alignment.
Then, I'll get into the different ways I ground to get back into alignment with my true self!
