038 | Stop the Comparison

Have you found yourself in the comparison trap? Do you feel like you've lost control? Do you feel like you need some guidance? Well, Sis...here it is.

I start this episode by pulling a couple of cards for you from Emily Aarons' Angel's in Your Biz Oracle Deck & Gabby Bernstein's The Universe Has Your Back Deck! 

This week my ego has been creeping in big time. When I say ego, I am talking about that "mean girl" voice, the lies, the devil...however you choose to call it. My ego keeps coming up and telling me lies and I start comparing and start second-guessing. 

I find myself falling into a negative comparison trap when I start listening to my ego instead of my intuition! 

When we are not in alignment with the Love of the Universe, when we are not trusting that we are being guided...we are allowing the ego's voice to be louder than the voice of our Higher Self. 

The key is to not remain in fear. The key is to remember that this voice is simply a lie. The key is to listen to the higher voice within yourself, tune inward, meditate, rest, take a walk...whatever you need to do.
