008 | Some Things I Love That You're Not Supposed to Talk About

You shouldn't talk about this with friends, family, or co-workers. You shouldn't discuss money or your body. Change is bad. Never talk about your beliefs with others.

Maybe you're like me and you've been conditioned to not talk about certain things. But on this episode, I'm breaking the mold! I'm talking about change, my body, money, and God because these are all things I love! And continuing on in the spirit of February, the love month...I feel it's important to share why I love these things. 

Change can be good with the right perspective!

Money isn't evil. It's a tool!

I love my body and that doesn't make me conceited.

I love the Lord! "If lovin' the Lord is wrong...I don't wanna be right!" (In my best Arsenio Hall impersonation from Coming to America)!

Let's talk about these things more openly. Let's shift our mindset around them.
