Do you want to change your morning routine? Are you fed up and frustrated before the day even starts? Maybe you just need some guidance on what to do with your morning beside the same-ol' same-ol' routine. 

In this episode, I am sharing all about the Life S.A.V.E.R.S. practices from the book, The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. These have helped me tremendously and are tools I practice every. single. day!

There are several different variations of this book, and you can find them all here.

Giving yourself 6 minutes to an hour each morning (preferably an hour), to prime your pumps, to set the ton, will truly change your day. It will impact your week, your month, your year, your LIFE...and, the lives of those around you, too! 

Practice each of these to see how massive of an impact you can have. Share it with me! I'd love to hear how it works for you.

In no specific order, do the following an hour before you have to get into action. Give yourself this time to be YOU before you have to be a parent, a spouse, an employee. 

S = Silence

A = Affirmations

V = Visualization 

E = Exercise

R = Reading

S = Scribing (journaling)

These 6 practices are SURE to make a difference in how your day, and the days to follow, unfold! They have made such an amazing impact on my mood, my energy, and bring so much peace and joy to my world.
