In A Course In Miracles, we learn the capital “T” Truth that we were always whole and it is the removal of wrong minded thinking and the remembrance of this that brings us into spontaneous miracles. 

In this episode, Nicole and I talk about having this orientation as you approach your healing journey, and remembering your wholeness. In the chakra system, it is blockages that prevents your energetics system from operating optimally. 

Intellectually, it’s misguided ideas, outdated beliefs, your ego and understanding that get in the way and need to be removed to evolve. 

And I share some of the research and study I’ve been doing regarding methyl transferrence or methyl group build up on your DNA, which is one way the Horvath Method is used to assess our epigenetic age. And a super interesting study on how we can reduce this, and what circumstances cause our DNA to age more quickly!
