I love talking to Brandon, because this message of hope simplicity and healing comes through and all of his stories and advice. He’s been there, so he knows what works and is willing to share the things that have helped him. Somethings are more challenging to hear, but he’s not afraid to suggest to us, that our politics, our ideas in our mental and emotional health is affecting a lot of physical symptoms, especially later in life.
Other things are simple and supportive. Like these suggestions he says to pick one thing and try it and see how many other symptoms resolved themselves.
