Annie Law's life has been a journey of perpetual motion. Through dance, kickboxing, CrossFit, and yoga, she has learned to embrace the ebb and flow of life's constant shifts. However, her path has not been without challenges. As a young child, she faced various obstacles that shook her confidence and caused her mental health to suffer. By the age of 16, she began taking Prozac and entered into a 25 year, on again/off again relationship with antidepressants. Despite these challenges, she has developed the self-discipline to rise above the pain of depression and anxiety. By rejecting societal and religious norms and learning to embrace her individuality, she has gained the wisdom to navigate life with resilience and grace.
