Brandy has been one of MY most influential teachers on my yoga journey! She is an international yoga champion (which she says feels like a lifetime ago) because since then she has become a leader and an icon all over the world, creates the most incredible yoga retreats, founded Ivy Standard Yoga, trains YTT’s in 26&2 and integrated series and most importantly is a mama of 3 beautiful children she dedicated her life to.

There are just not enough words to accurately convey how she supported me and my practice and breakthroughs physically emotionally and mentally as well as in the catalyst to so many evolutions in my career. She carries all the energy of wisdom experience, and what it means to be a true guru in many realms.

We get to listen to her talk about all things from what made her who she is today, her philosophy behind the practice, and advice on how discipline can be the vehicle for our freedom! It’s a special moment in time to connect with her as she was on her way to a memorial to honor her teacher!
