We dive into all things women's health, being an advocate for your own health, IUD's and birth control, giving birth and everything in between. We talk about real life experiences we have both had, how we have navigated them and how you can be your body's best friend and advocate every single day.
Mackenzie Koss has been involved in the health world for the last 10 + years: a 500 hour RYT in 2013, Personal training, track coach, board-certified Nutritionist, certified Women's Hormone and Health coach, and most recently a Birth Doula. She currently, practices Nutrition, Women's Hormone & Health coaching with an emphasis on folks TTC and getting off BC, and will be a practicing Birth Doula after she has a baby of her own in the fall.
