Lorraine Schuchart, APR is the founder of Prosper for Purpose, the brand strategy and public relations firm she launched in 2013. The agency works with purpose-driven organizations to create a more just and sustainable world. Lorraine also works with entrepreneurs building "category of one" brands through her Peerless Entrepreneur program.
Before launching her company, Lorraine worked in advertising and public relations, writing for brands including Jeep, Nabisco, Owens Corning, the Dana Corporation, La-Z-Boy, and the American Cancer Society. For 10 years, she led communications and PR efforts for an organization focused on social justice and service. Her experience also includes leading PR and community outreach for Jo-Ann Stores.

Lorraine resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio with her husband, portrait, and landscape artist Robert Hartshorn. They have two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
