Ready your weekly pep talk? In this episode, I walk you through the 25 minute Pomodoro method that I use for everything.
I used to teach it all the time in my consulting days. It is really easy and helpful.
+ Write a list of what you need to get done (Stick to 1-3 things). + Do a task for 25 minutes. Set a timer. Do not go over.
+ Take a break! (YAH!) Usually 10 minutes. + Repeat the 25-minute timer.
+ After 4 cycles, give yourself a 30-minute break! YAH again!
