I started therapy back in November 2021 and it has been a roller coaster; a little scary at points but what a time! I decided to do this episode about what I've learned in this experience so far. Why do I refer to this process as ghetto? Well to learn what that means you have to check out the episode.

The journey of self awareness and self love is something that I am committed to wholeheartedly. It's been a process but typically anything thats worth having is. With God's help and the support of my amazing village, I'm learning so much about myself. It is indeed possible to have Jesus and therapy.
