Dr. Lisa Templeton is a Psychologist, and founder of  The Interpersonal Healing Center (The IHC) in Colorado. She offers a path to freedom and self-knowledge with her book, Letting It Be.   Dr. Lisa's mission is to guide others to increase their self-awareness, find their strengths, transition through change, achieve goals, and overcome life challenges.  Her goal is to teach others that with mindful techniques, we can each slow down and look within for our own power and for the answers that we seek.

Dr. Lisa has taught as an adjunct professor at Naropa University, Denver Metro University, and Colorado Christian University. She is  also the co-director/dreamer of ShamanStar, a spiritual organization practicing a heart-based, modern approach to the ancient path of shamanism. She combines a mindfulness based cognitive-behavioral therapy that helps you stop getting ready to be ready.
