ABOUT OUR GUEST: 

Becca Tzigany is a mother, poet, environmentalist, and sacred activist.  Author of  Venus and Her Lover - Transforming Myth, Sexuality, and Ourselves, Becca has years of experience in relationship dynamics, with an understanding of how people have been socialized into isolating and dysfunctional interpersonal habits.  

She is a certified Transformational Breathwork therapist and ecstatic dance facilitator.  Having lived in the USA, Hawai’i, Canada, Puerto Rico, México, Guatemala, Brazil, Ecuador, Spain, Greece, Italy, and India, she has brought her multilingual and multicultural talents to work in mediation, counseling, translating, teaching, and community activism. 

The Tantric art project, Venus and Her Lover, paints a picture (literally, with erotic art) of what functional relationship might look like. It is the result of a 20-year collaboration with her artist partner James.   Through studying world mythologies, Becca has followed the threads of how the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine have humanifested throughout history.  Through following Tantra as a spiritual practice, she has come to know keys to personal liberation, and conscious, rewarding relationship, and loves to share what she has learned.

She lives in Ecuador with her partner James, and lovingly watches her grown son pursue a shamanic calling among the indigenous peoples of Latin America.
