Just after 5am on October 2nd, 2012, in Petoskey Michigan, 911 dispatchers received a call from a man by the name of Carl Kopenkoskey. Standing on a remote country side road beside his brother Lyle’s red pickup truck, Carl had made the call out of concern for his missing brother.
