Boulder, Colorado is a beautiful city next to the mountains, which is why there are many encounters with wild animals in the city. Some animals become so familiar to the residents that they become somewhat of a mascot to the citizens. So when something happens to the prized animal it should be the people who are hired to protect and serve to come to the rescue and help anyway they can! Well not this time!!! This time the person who is supposed to protect the law, is the one being charged with breaking the law..... UH OH!
