We Need “Real” Leaders, Not “Flawless” Leaders

In order to create an environment that others are willing to be open and honest in, the leadership has to be open and honest first. Don’t fall for the misconception some have that leaders have to appear to be flawless and unaffected by anything. We need leaders who are only interested in being real not who are interested in putting up a false front to protect their authority.
