In the Absence of Leadership Experience - Just Treat People Right

We all have to start somewhere and the same goes for leaders as well. When you’re a new or newer leader you don’t have experience to lean on, you’re still finding your way, and you’re still trying to figure out who you are as a leader. But in the absence of that experience we can at least start by taking care of our people, that’s easy to do and requires no experience. The rest will come with time.
