I'm joined by Jeremy Sanders from the Crew 1st Culture podcast - and we dig DEEP.  Choosing what "hill to die on", doing things in your own time, finding your place, pursing daily growth, managing life as a single parent, becoming a foster parent, unique struggles of a blended family, life balance, and going over the fears we all have of opening up - this episode is a whopper.  We get into amazing, deep, REAL talk.  Things we don't want to admit and hard truths.  The kind of conversations both of us wish we would see throughout the fire service, in the station, and in our personal lives.

It's a long one, but it's exactly the conversation that deserves the extended air time.
