A Case For Vulnerability

An area that I feel like we can really improve on in the fire service is practicing vulnerability. Vulnerability is such a powerful thing and I have seen so many great things happen because someone decided to have the courage to be vulnerable. This is where our real courage is tested, it's not easy but it is so important.
