Course Correction: The Phoenix Rising with V.S. Griffin

This week I sit with Virginia Griffin, first time Author and Growth EXPERT. After you have listened to the episode you'll know why I am saying that about her. Her resolve astounds me, as a woman, mother, and overall human being. Through great loss she learned that everything happens for a reason and that those experiences are taking place to make you a better version of yourself, not to destroy you. In this episode, The Phoenix Rising was a moment of breakthrough for me in that we really got into the meat of why we have trauma being that is one of my focuses right now as I continue my shadow work--the acceptance and understanding that what you're going through, is what's growing you.
